PREFIGURING THE ANTICHRIST

What is revealed is God’s anger from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people who in their wickedness keep suppressing the truth.

ROMANS 1:18

The world is crying out for a savior—screaming at the top of its lungs for someone to deliver it from the chaos that surrounds us. However, the problem looks very different from person to person and it seems very difficult to know what exactly they need deliverance from. What is Truth?

Pilate said to Him, “What is truth?” After he said this, he went out again to the Judean leaders. He said to them, “I find no case against Him”

(Psalm 12 1-5, 8).

Have you found yourself saying “Help, Lord” more frequently of late? Well, you are not alone! Verse 8 of Psalm 12 says that when vileness – highly offensive, unpleasant, or objectionable behavior – is exalted (placed at a high or powerful level; held in high regard), the wicked will prowl on every side. Look at where society is today and tell me if you think we have heeded this warning?  (more…)
